The four bedroom, three and a half bath home includes a spacious study/parlor, a large upstairs playroom/gym, full security, smart home technology, cathedral ceilings and is filled with custom details throughout. Heard Construction now has a roofing division. Assembled by a team with over 50 years of roofing and construction experience. Richard Heard and Marshal Doss already have a combined experience of 30 years of construction and 10 years of roofing. With the addition of their new expert, Walter McElduff, the Heard Construction Roofing Division is in full force. Walter was the previous owner and operator of Lee’s Roofing, one of the most trusted companies in the industry for over 30 years! This team was built to bring our community a new standard of quality and workmanship! They will continue to pride themselves on offering the highest quality available by installing roofs the old, trusted way of hand nailing and using Atlas Shingles that come with a lifetime warranty.
