Creamy (No bake) Macaroni and Cheese

2 tablespoons butter

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

½ teaspoon salt and pepper

1 cup milk

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup Colby jack cheese, shredded

1/2 cup grated parmesan

4 ounces sharp Cheddar, shredded

1 pound elbow pasta, cooked

In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in milk and cream. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, and cook just until it thickens. Add the cheeses and stir until melted, then remove from heat. Stir in cooked pasta and toss until combined. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm.
