Us Up North Kitchen presents “Made Up North”

Chef Hardette Harris of Us Up North Kitchen and 318 Restaurant Week are proud to present an evening celebrating outstanding products made by food entrepreneurs in “the 318.” Throughout the course of the evening, guests will sample foods created by regional chefs and makers. Chris Jay, blogger at www.20×49.com and author of the Stuffed & Busted e-newsletter, will facilitate a conversation with several of the participating chefs and makers. All participating chefs and makers are being compensated for their portion of the evening’s menu.
